Reaching your potential may seem counter intuitive when it comes to yoga because there may a be a misconception that the goal is to merely “bliss out” all the time and reaching for your potential requires drive, determination and, dare we say, a competitive edge!
Inasmuch as we do not compete with others on the mat, and this is a lesson in itself, to strive for you maximum self is just about optimisation. If we are going to do something we should aim to do it well, then we will get the maximum benefit and satisfaction out of it.
To give ourselves the best chance at being the best version of ourselves we can be we need to release any sabotaging mindsets, overcome breath robbing posture and boost our minds and bodies beyond self limiting beliefs!
