Yoga-Tribe is passionate about providing an environment that enables exploration of physical, mental and spiritual aspects of our existence through the medium of yoga.
The mind-body connection has long been recognised and provides an opportunity to achieve a more beneficial states of being, though the practice of physical yoga postures (Asana’s).
Through a greater understanding of what yoga has to offer we can enjoy:

And this list goes on, the more we research yoga the more benefits we find.
But, despite all of the material available, ultimately, yoga’s greatest benefit is how it makes us feel… It is a difficult experience to explain and can only truly be experienced.
